Our busy schedule definitely takes a toll on our health. We all cringe and cry about not paying attention to our health. But, is it ok to neglect our body altogether? No. There are ways we should opt for if we want to stay healthy no matter how busy we are. we have to live with ourselves at the end of the day and it is a two-way street. How you treat your busy is how your body will treat you.

We have made a list of all the things which you can do to stay healthy even if you are very busy. These methods will fit your schedule and are easy to follow.

Stretch often

We all are mostly engaged in sitting job. We hardly get the time to get off our seats that much, this effects our health. Our back becomes sore after a point and we often complaint about pain in the shoulders. The best you can do is stretch. Watch out for some stretches which you can do while sitting on your chair. This will make your posture alright.

Eat Fruits

We have a tendency to eat junk as our snacks. Avoid junk food and opt for fruits and salads. When you feel hungry and you can’t have a proper salad, grab an apple or any other fruit for that matter. This will surely make a difference in how you feel about your health.

Drink lots of water

Stay Hyderated

People often confuse thirst with hunger. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. Your body needs it for proper flow of blood and hormones. Drinking plenty of water will make you less hungry and you won’t binge on unhealthy food.

Take stairs

This is a no-brainer. If you cannot hit the gym daily then take small steps towards your health. Take the stairs instead of the lift. Oh! Your workspace is on the third floor? Even better, take the stairs.

10 mins intense workout

If we practice hard-hitting, high-intensity workout then it is equal to a normal workout of 40 minutes. Opt for fast paced exercises to include in your routine. Target your core and do strength-building exercises.

Post-lunch and dinner walks

A 10-minute walk after lunch and dinner can do wonders. Your food gets digested properly and quickly. Let your metabolism will be good by going for a walk after eating a heavy meal.

Walk when you are on the call

Walk as much as you can. If you have to talk over the phone, do it while walking. This will increase the number of steps you take in a day. Overall this will benefit you in terms of your health.

Cut sweets

Say NO to sweets. Sugar is not your friend when it comes to weight-loss. Cutting down sugar will help you lose weight quickly. You can have dark chocolate when you have a craving for something sweet. It is way better than sweets. Plus, dark chocolate is recommended by doctors as well as it is good for your heart and skin.

Adequate sleep

Last but not least, get adequate sleep. This should never be compromised. Taking proper sleep is essential for your body to function properly. Your metabolism is affected if you don’t sleep properly. Sleep for at least 7 to 8 hours to function correctly.
